By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or otherwise engaging with HypoClean Miko, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

HypoClean Miko provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
You may request our services through our website, by phone, or by email. All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by HypoClean Miko. We will provide you with a confirmation once your booking is accepted.
Prices for our services are as quoted on our website or provided directly to you. All quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change following an on-site assessment or if the scope of work changes. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. For recurring services, payment may be processed automatically according to the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website or during the booking process.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service price.
You must provide our cleaning team with safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, this will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly. We may offer to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
Our cleaning services do not include:
HypoClean Miko maintains comprehensive business insurance, including liability coverage. Our cleaning professionals are bonded and insured.
If you believe our cleaning staff has damaged something in your property, you must report it to us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly. Valid claims will be processed through our insurance as appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypoClean Miko's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website or its content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client for any reason, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff. You may also terminate recurring services by providing notice according to the cancellation terms in Section 3.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
